This
process can be completed in 4 easy steps.
1)Put the item in your shopping cart. (See Put
Item in Shopping Cart)
2)Specify quantity,
special comments, price,
and/or item code.
(See Updating Shopping Cart)
3)Request steps 1 and 2 until you have all the
items you want.
4)Check Out!

do I put an item in my shopping cart? |
| Simply
click on the "Buy" link parallel to
the item you wish to purchase. Once you have clicked
"Buy", you will be shown your updated
shopping cart with the new item in it. From here
you can change the quantity of items you wish
to buy. |

do I change the quantity of a product I buy? |
| After
you place the item in your shopping cart you will
be shown your updated shopping cart. You may change
the quantity displayed next to the item at anytime.
You must click on "Update Cart" once
you have changed the quantity in order for your
shopping cart to take note of the change. |
| How
do I specify special needs I have for an item? |
| After
you place the item in your shopping cart you will
be shown your updated shopping cart. You may change
the comments displayed next to the item at anytime.
You must click on "Update Cart" once
you have changed the quantity in order for your
shopping cart to take note of the change. |
| How
do I change the price to a house price? |
| After
you place the item in your shopping cart you will
be shown your updated shopping cart. You may change
the price displayed for that item at anytime.
You must click on "Update Cart" once
you have changed the quantity in order for your
shopping cart to take note of the change. The
subtotal for that item and the overall total will
then be recalculated as well. |
| How
do I specify my price code? |
| After
you place the item in your shopping cart you will
be shown your updated shopping cart. You may change
the code displayed for that item at anytime. You
must click on "Update Cart" once you
have changed the quantity in order for your shopping
cart to take note of the change. |
| Why
must I update my shopping cart? |
| You
only need to update your cart if you change the
values in the fields displaying your products'
quantity, comments, price, or code. If you change
these values you must click the update button
for the shopping cart to recognize the change.
You may change any number of these fields at a
time. |
| How
do I check out? |
| You
must check out to place your order with Simmons.
You must fill out the "check out" information
in order to proceed. Once you have filled out
the required information, you will be sent an
e-mail confirming your order. At the same time,
Simmons will recieve your order, and contact you
to confirm your order and/or clarify any discrepencies.
You MUST have a Purchase Order Number with Simmons
in orer to have your order placed. If you do not
have one, please contact
us and we will have a sales representative
contact you about setting up an account. |
